In the second quarter of 2025, the iOS music and podcast app market in Egypt saw varying performance trends among the top apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Anghami: Play Music & Podcasts demonstrated notable activity. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $21K by the end of June, with a slight dip mid-quarter. Downloads started around 6.9K, dipping to 5.6K mid-quarter, but ended with a surge to 9.9K. Active users remained strong, with a gradual increase to 553K by the quarter's end.

YouTube Music showed steady revenue growth, reaching $2.6K in the last week of June. Downloads fluctuated slightly, maintaining around 2.9K by quarter's end. Active users increased consistently, peaking at over 100K.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love experienced a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $265. Downloads remained stable, starting at 5.3K and ending at 4.5K. Active user numbers were robust, maintaining over 1.2M but showed a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.

Deezer: Music Player, Podcast had modest revenue figures, peaking at $145 mid-quarter. Downloads were low but saw a slight increase towards the end, reaching 198. Active users fluctuated, starting at 7.7K and ending at 7.1K.

MusLiv - Adult，Video，Chat had a unique trajectory, with revenue starting from zero and rising to $164 by late May. Downloads began at a modest 106, peaking at 328, before gradually declining.
